GAF Timberline HDZ shingles with StrikeZone nailing area for Class 4 impact resistance rated to UL 2218. We install the full GAF Roof System. Cobra ridge vent, FeltBuster synthetic underlayment, Starter Match starter strip, and Seal-A-Ridge caps. That qualifies your Grovespring home for the Golden Pledge warranty: 25-year workmanship plus 50-year material.
Roof Repair
After we fix your roof, we send you before-and-after photos and a written warranty. If it leaks again from the same spot within 5 years, we come back free. That's the deal.
Storm Damage Repair
Hail, wind, fallen branches. Missouri storms do real damage to roofs. We respond within 24 hours, tarp exposed areas to prevent further damage, and start your insurance claim with a detailed inspection report.
New Roof Installation
New construction roof installation following IRC Section R905 and local Grovespring building code amendments. We calculate ventilation per IRC R806 (1:150 ratio reduced to 1:300 when 50% is within 3ft of ridge. Synthetic underlayment per ASTM D226, ice barrier per ASTM D1970 at eaves in freeze-thaw climate zones. Manufacturer-certified installation locks in the full system warranty.
Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our Grovespring crew can usually fix it same-day.
Shingle Roofing
We install asphalt shingles from every major manufacturer. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Atlas, Tamko, Malarkey, IKO. Each has different warranty tiers and price points. We walk you through the comparison without pushing one brand.
Flat Roofing
Flat roof leaks usually happen at penetrations, seams, or flashing details. We locate the source, repair it properly, and coat the surrounding area. If the membrane is shot, we'll recommend replacement. Not a band-aid.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Missouri. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
We offer aluminum, copper, and steel gutters for Grovespring homes. Most folks go with .027 gauge seamless aluminum. It's durable, affordable, and comes in 25+ colors. Copper looks amazing but costs 3-4x more.
Roof Inspection
Our Grovespring roof inspections cover shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, soffit, gutters, and decking condition. You get a written report with photos. If nothing's wrong, we tell you that.
Emergency Roof Repair
After we tarp and secure your roof, we document everything for insurance purposes. Photos, measurements, damage descriptions. Your adjuster gets a professional report, not a handwritten note.
Skylight Installation
A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
